The LabRARtory

The idea for our latest venture “The LabRaRtory” came from a conversation when we first created our “Blue Milk” Out Of Order. We’ve always shied away from the liquor game here in town. It didn’t feel right in our taproom, and we just couldn’t picture a home for cocktails at RaR. That all changed when the property next door became available. What if we could create a space that represented the off-the-wall flavors of our beers in cocktail form? The best part of the idea is that it didn’t have to end there. We could add onto our beer production, and offer tons and tons of new and exciting products for a variety of beverage enthusiasts.  We continue to push the boundaries on what alcoholic beverages can be.
