“(un)Wanted: DM’s” Our 6.4% IPA w/ Sabro hops conditioned on Pineapples. We did a different boil technique on this to help soften up the base and bring all the tropical hop notes forward along with a subtle blending of our base malts and heavy adjuncts. This thing is a Pineapple bomb! Slightly sweet and clean. A pineapple cocktail on top of dole whip. Tropical aromas through and through. All of our brewers agree that this is probably a better representation of a pineapple ipa than our beloved “Pineapple Grenade”
