“Marylan” Blonde Ale 5.2% brewed with strictly Mosaic hops. One of our favorite brews to make, increasing adjuncts slightly over the base Marylan recipe. Over the years we’ve loved brewing with Mosaic hops, and wanted to use this lighter blonde to really make these things pop.
