Citra, Mosaic, and Santium made this DIPA so juicy. This years crop of Mosaic has us going nuts! When we combined it with Santium you get this juicy pineapple sweetness that makes you swear we used fruit. It honestly was unexpected and blew our minds when we first started tasting it after fermentation.
