This beer is actually one of the most well-balanced beers we’ve produced incidentally. It’s almost a showcase for oats if that makes sense. Hops will always be at our forefront, but the oats compliment and almost support the hops in this one. Without the boil, we kept a lot of the malt sweetness from the 2-row around. If you’ve brewed before,and love the sweetness of the wort you’ll understand what we’re saying. Definitely an awesome avenue that we want to continue exploring.
