Devil’s Pie

Our first extended boil imperial stout finished @ 12.4% abv. With the longer boil we were able to thicken our base, and caramelize our wort to levels we didn’t think possible. We then transferred this full, rich, silky, chocolatey goodness on top of organic cacao nibs to enhance the natural dark chocolate characteristics of our roasted malts.
